The bible also introduces us to the greatest leader of all time from whom we can learn and grow as leaders beyond just the scope of this course.  

The Foundation of Leadership: Character, Relationship, Vision and Recruiting 
Here we examine the foundation of biblical leadership. We share the key characteristics a leader should possess within. We consider that leadership is first a relationship between the leader and follower. We explore the importance of a clear vision that is shared between the leader and follower.  Then, we introduce one of the primary functions of great leaders which is the recruitment of followers.
